I am looking for ideas on the choice of High Speed ADC to use for the following application.
Maybe there may be some reference design I could modify.
Development of a Microwave DownConvertor, who's IF is approx 1->8MHz range.
I want to sample the IF output and measure its noise performance.
There are 4 DownConvetors in the system.
Looking at a 16bit ADC with input range of 5v. Plan to Mux the 4 DownConvertors to the ADC.
(Not sure if it is possible to get a 16bit ADC with 4 channel to meet the requirements)
Would also need a low noise clock for the ADC. Recommendations welcomed.
Recommended LDO's for both the Clock and ADC.
System will be controlled using an FPGA.
