Hi,

I have board oriignally designed for BF527, but due to certain reasons we had to move project to BF524.

We have left however original memory as it is on the Blackfin reference schematic (MT48LC16M16A2P).

How should I adopt customization EBIU writes to make Blackfin 524 working with this memory?

Original BF527 was 600MHz, BF524 is running on 400MHz.

Here is original setting for BF527+MT48LC16M16A2P (3.3V memory, 600MHz core)

           <register name="EBIU_SDRRC"  reset-value="0x03A1" core="Common" />

           <register name="EBIU_SDBCTL" reset-value="0x13" core="Common" />

          <register name="EBIU_SDGCTL" reset-value="0x0091998D" core="Common" />

Here is setting for BF524+MT48H16M16LFBF-6:H: (1V8 memory, 400MHz core)

<register name="EBIU_SDRRC" reset-value="0x0301" core="Common" />

<register name="EBIU_SDBCTL" reset-value="0x13" core="Common" />

<register name="EBIU_SDGCTL" reset-value="0x8091318D" core="Common" />

What settings should I use for: BF524+MT48LC16M16A2P ?

Rgds,

vito
