I'm going to use the AD9258 in my next design and I'm simulating the LVDS data bus connected to my FPGA.
I can see a pretty bad shape at the receiver die, while my diff line is close to 100 Ohms differential as is the receiver internal termination.
It seems the ADC LVDS pins show a pretty low output impendance: around 18 ohms. I think this should be the cause of the ringing seen on the curve attached.
Am I right? Why is this output impedance so low? How could I solve this problem without series resistors?
