I have a question about Dynamic Performance.

Dynamic performance has 1200Hz ~ 2200Hz when 3.192MHz clock in and 12bit.

This is the spec of 10kHz ~ 20kHz external frequency.

So, if that is fixed to 20KHz or 10kHz of external frequency, how much will be the frequency of the dynamic response .

AD2S1210 dynamic characteristics for its bandwidth can be found on page 3 Rev. A of the datasheet. For a 12-bit at 8.192 MHz clock with excitation frequency from 6 kHz to 20 kHz, its dynamic performance has 1200 Hz - 2200 Hz bandwidth.

In general, the higher the bandwidth of the converter, the higher is the required reference frequency which result in faster possible tracking rate and shorter settling time. Therefore, the bandwidth is 1200 Hz and 2200 Hz for 6 kHz and 20 kHz excitation frequency, respectively.

Bandwidth is linearly affected with excitation frequency. So, for excitation frequency of 10 kHz, the bandwidth is roughly 1485 Hz for a 12-bit clocked at 8.192 MHz.
