I have an issue with Visual DSP that is so annoying and so stupid, that I can't believe nobody else reported this before.
Maybe, I am doing something wrong but see for yourself:
If I have a pointer to, say, a struct and watch its value in the locals or expressions window, I get a hexadecimal value display which is fine, so I can see where the pointer points to, enter that value in the memory window and see the contents.
If I have a pointer to a float, the value that is displayed is shown in floating point format which is really stupid since it is a pointer to a floating point value. It makes a) no sense and b) me angry since I have to manually convert that value to hex to see where the pointer points to.
Am I missing something?
