I have a question for ADRF6755.
If the IQ input Vbias is over than 0.5V(0.6V) and it could be worked as well?
Assuming you do mean the ADRF6755, we have no evaluation information as to the performance using an input bias of 0.6V and no information how the part will perform over supply, process, etc. Increasing the bias beyond 0.5V will have some effects:
1. The bias current will increase and so the supply current will increase accordingly.
2. You may see an initial improvement in IP1dB, linearity, output power but these will disimprove at some point due to headroom limitations.
Note that the datasheet specifications are not guaranteed using an input bias of 0.6V. Now, the part will function but maybe with degraded performance.
Why can you not use an input bias of 0.5V?
