Solution needed - getting a 3.3V bidirectional signal through a 2.8V powered switch

Hello,

I have a need to multiplex two 3.3V signals with an SPDT function. The power supply available is 2.8V (or, at a push, an unregulated supply from a single cell LiPo, that can drop to 3V), unless I use a boost converter. I would very much like to avoid that if possible.

Does anyone know of a suitable device to achieve this? I did look at another manufacturer's 'beyond the rail' devices, but they pull quite a bit of current (up to 10mA) and include (I presume) some kind of switched mode converter inside.

Thanks a lot for reading.
