ADV7611 free run not working

Hi,

There are two adv7611 chips in the same i2c bus, one's VS/FIELD/ALSB pin is pull up (can't access with address 0x9A), the other one is float(can access with 0x98), the XTAL is 27M.

I want to support different input resolution, and output 16 bit BT.656 YCrCb422,(I only use the low 16 data pin, P[15:8]Y, P[7:0]CrCb).

I used the following two settings,  but they all didn't work.   (the test input resolution is 1080p30)
