The buffered CLKOUT signal appears to be active when the DSP is out of reset and NOT programmed as well as out of reset and programmed.
Is there a method to keep the CLKOUT pin active during a reset?
The signal output from the CLKOUT pin is controlled by two hardware pins, CLKMODE0 and CLKMODE1. It will always be active, except when reset is pulled low, since the reset circuit disables the output buffer. There is no way to keep it active during reset.
