When we feed in Composite or SVideo to the SD processor, the picture is noticeably shifted up and right.
Are there any register adjustments we can make to attempt to move the picture back to the correct position?
Ok, sorted it.
It turns out that V_BEG_O_ADJ was working fine, it's just that our downstream processor wasn't re-syncing to the video when I made the adjustments. As long as they're made before the downstream capture is running it works fine.
We've done a bit of digging, and we've found that adjusting the SAV_POS_ADJ and EAV_POS_ADJ registers will move the content horizontally. However, if we adjust the V_BEG_O_ADJ and V_END_O_ADJ (and the corresponding even field registers), the content stays in the same place, but we crop video off the top or bottom of the picture.
Are there any equivalent registers to SAV_POS_ADJ and EAV_POS_ADJ that would make corresponding adjustments in the vertical direction?
Thanks for letting us know!
