ADE7763 VRMS problem with non linear waves

Hi, I'm building a load power control using a phase control method. When reading pure sinusoidal waves there's no problem, the ade7763 irms and vrms measurements are very accurate, but when i'm doing the phase control irms still is accurate but vrms isn't. Vrms drops as the angle increases (to reduce load voltaje). I'm reading the load voltage and current with an extech power meter (true rms) and fluke 97 and 115 (true rms as well) and the they shows the same voltage but my ade7763 gave me less than that values. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've checked hardware and all seems Ok. Even I've measured the input of the ade7763 v2n and v2p and the outputs counts are less than expected. Can some one help me please.
