ADV7441A HDCP Certification Issues

We are going through HDMI/HDCP certification with an outside lab and we have failed the HDCP test.   The third-party test facility is using Panasonice UITA-2000 (2.0.0.03).  They are failing following register read test which seems mainly on the Ri register as shown below.  Can you let us know if any issues with Panasonic tester as the part works functional with HDCP interfaces (Blue-ray and etc. )

We do not understand why we failed the test because we are using the Analog Devices ADV7441ABSTZ.  This part requires an HDCP license to purchase, so we believe it should have passed the test.
