What is the best way to convert true bipolar inputs to unipolar inputs for ADC ?

This is for industrial adc. We have to convert different input ranges like -10V to +10V, -5V to +5V, -2.5V to +2.5V to unipolar 0 to 3V range. This may be differential. So what do you think is the best way to do this ? Using such ADC is one way but what if you are using a controller which has got differential input channels ready & you want to measure these bipolar inputs. So what is the best way ? How can you convert these signals using opamp to 0-3V range ?
