adv7403 undocumented registers

There are examples provided for different  video formats

each have several programming steps labeled

ADI Recommended Sequence.

They start by setting the 0x80 bit of register 0x0E;

which is given the name HIDI2CEN but not described

anywhere. Followed by programming of

several registers with what seems to be values

inconsistent with those register's descriptions.

Then the HIDI2CEN bit is cleared.

(This may be setting a bank of internal, undocumented

registers to desired values).

Other than following the specific steps for

each video format shown, how are we to guess what sequence

should be used for custom video formats?
