adi_ebiu_Init() for asynchronous devices

I find in the VisualDSP++ Contest help a list of commands that must be passed to adi_ebiu_Init() for successful initialization of SDRAM, DDR, and low power SDRAM. The I also found in the Contest help the list of commands valid for asynchronous devices (ADI_EBIU_ASYNC_xxx), but I haven't been able to find the list of commands that must be passed to adi_ebiu_Init() function for asynchronous devices.

I think that at least two commands are mandatory, because in the adi_ebiu_Init() sources I see that for every ADI_EBIU_ASYNC_xxx command, the counter AMC_cmd_count is incremented, but only if it is strictly greater that 1 these settings are applied (see adi_ebiu.c - lines 1298..1302).

I searched this information also in the "Device Drivers and System Services Manual", but I didn't find it.

What are the commands that must be passed to adi_ebiu_Init() for successful initialization of the asynchronous devices?

PS: I'm using VisualDSP++ 5.0 Update 6 with BF527
