i the case of output through ASYNC BYPASS in attached figure.
Is there no filter in the case of output through ASYNC BYPASS ?
I'm checking into this.
Async Bypass is no longer supported and we are removing that particular block from the diagram the next time the data sheet is updated.
Can we use this as Async Bypass by setting filter block to OFF because backend of encoder curcuit has filter
If not so, should we think that ADV739X can not used ?

I am no sure which filter block you are referring to. The filters in the data sheet are associated with the video path.

Mostly likely it will only be removed from the data sheet. There is a saying in the US, "If it's not broke, don't fix it". The ADV7391 silicon works so it is very unlikely that they will go back and change the silicon to remove this block from it.

After AD -> DA , to get a Flat 6Mhz Frequency response please me know with regards to the setting on ADV7391.
NTSC input and output is considered at same level .
The current path keeps the syncs in phase lock with the video processing. The video path clock delay is dependent on the features used. I do not think you want to use the async bypass.
