ADC 7606_6 Digital Count calculation

Hi,

We are using ADC 7606_6 in SPI interface for our project and the sampling rate is 1600 sample per seconds (Sampled at Every 625 us) and the pin details are as follows.

 

RANGE                       - Pulled High (using +/- 10V)

OS(0:2)                       - Pulled Low

REF SELECT              - Pulled High (Internal Reference)

 

We are using the Fixed configuration using Wire Rapping. As we used the formula mentioned in data sheet to calculate the digital count, And the observed counts are 2 times the expected count and after 5 Volts -Ve valuers observed. We have used ADC reset after powering up and Delay between Conversion start and ADC reset.

 

Kindly help me in this regard.

 

Formula Used:  +/-10V Code = (VIN/10)*32768*(REF/2.5)
