I would like to initialize a block of memory with the contents of a binary file (on a Blackfin processor, if you are interested). Is there a C/C++ #pragma in the compiler, or an assembler directive to do this?
You can use the .INC/BINARY assembler directive. If you do a search in the help for ".INC/BINARY" (include the quotes to get an exact match) you should find the details of how to use it from the Assembler manual.
Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for.
