can use the voltage reference more than 2.5V(i need 3.3v as reference)..
is it possible..
In principle yes, but how accurate and stable is your AVDD? Also have a look into the details on page 46 of the data-sheet and the whole ADC section pages 41ff.
Keep in mind the ADC performance is mainly influenced by the quality of the reference voltage.
Yes, as written on page 6 of the data-sheet a external reference voltage can be as large as the AVDD.So if you have a 3.3V supply you can use a 3.3V external reference.
