I like to know what is the maximum input current in the pin of VddB, of adum6132, taking into account that I will use only the channel isolated .
The maximun input current at the pin Vdd of adum6132 is 350mA?.
Do you have a spice model of adum6132?
The maximum input current on the VDD pin is shown in the datasheet for 2 conditions:
1. Input Current, Quiescent, IDD(Q) = 280mA max, Iiso = 0mA, DC signal inputs, which means the inputs a DC high or low.
2. Input current, Loaded, IDD = 350mA, for Iiso = Iiso(max) = 22mA.
In either case to operate the VOA output, per table 11, you need to provide external supplies VDDL = 5V, and VDDB = 15V.
There is also the VDDA current needed for the output supply at the Fin frequency of use at the VIA pin as specified for 20, 100 & 1000KHz. This current is provided by connecting VDDA to the VISO pin, and is generated by the internal dc to dc converter, and is part of the maximum VISO current of 22mA.
Sorry, we do not have a Spice model, our models are only at the transistor level and therefore proprietary.
