Hi, does anyone knos how many SPI digital acelerometer, ADIS16223 (triaxial), can be conected to the new Arduino Due?

Thanks Nevada, for more information I´m working on a project for creating a remote device for predictive maintenance, (is my master project for Santa Catarina Federal University, Brasil...I´m chilean) well, the principal idea is to use low cost elements, and yours mems match perfectly, but in literature its not well study, and part of my project is to analize every vibration parameter of the mems (FRF phase amplitude), but well like your video i´m expert on acoustics, not on electronics...jajaaja, so I guess I will asking many things, in this time, I have to look for the elements that are going to be buy for the project, and of course the technical justification, thats why and interest on those acelerometers.

Great to see communication from you. I hope that you are doing well. Thank you for providing this link. My primary concern for this type of system is, "is SPI the right choice for the communication infrastructure? It might be, but they may want to consider using twisted pairs with differential cable drivers if the length is longer than a few inches. Do you have any experience with this?
Agreed. I can't comment on signal integrity concerns. It is certainly a concern if the sensor is a great distance from the Due.
I included the link about SPI on the Due, b/c the Due implements SPI a little differently than previous Arduinos. And, signal integrity conerns aside, it looks like you could easily interface three SPI devices to a Due, without resorting to manual Slave Select control.

Mark, do you have other triaxial acelerometer which match 10 KHz just like 16223, but just digital or analog (it seems not to dificult to make a antialiasing filter)

We do not currently have a tri-axis accelerometer that provides >10kHz of bandwidth, while providing a continuous analog or digital output. The ADIS16223 and ADIS16227 were defined to address an application space that monitors "slower changing" vibration signatures. Copying Nitzan and Venkat to be sure. What type of instrument are you monitoring? What is driving the need for continuous data?
