Does any data exists for AD8369 insertion phase versus gain
the results would vary from setup to setup and part to part, so they're not repeatable.
If you increase the gain, you'd have to add attenuation (and uncharacterized phase shift) to avoid overloading the network analyzer...

Here are the 4 port mixed mode s parameters for the AD8369. Yes, things will vary somewhat from part to part, but performance should never vary much from these s parameters,

I did a simple S parameters simulation using ADS and 4 200 Ohm ports.
I used the mixed mode file you posted.
The differential gain when the gain code is 0x0F is 23 dB.
I was expecting 35 dB as reported in the datasheet.
