when initializing the otp before writing/programing the otp , does the timing parameter depend only in the SCLK or it also depend the number of pages I'm writing ?

The 'OTP Timing Parameters' section provides the details about how the timing parameter can be calculated. Please refer that.

BTW, may I know what makes you to think that it may depend on number of pages you want to write?
When I I initialize the OTP in order to program I send the timing parameter. But I don't close it after writing Half page , I write a few more half pages so it mat take more time .
that's the reason I asked this question before running my code .
Some processor requires VPPOTP as 7V while programming the OTP. On those processors, it is require to enable external regulator to provide 7V before starting to write OTP space (this is usually managed by a GPIO).... then a wait for VPPOTP supply to become stable (wait time needs to be calculated ahead of time by the user based on the circuit used)...write to OTP space....and finally disable external regulator which provides 7.0V and supply VPPOTP with 2.5V if OTP read operations are required further in the code.
