ADV7393: Black output under 8-bit 625i YCrCb (EAV/SAV) input

I was running the ADV7393 und 8-bit 525i YCrCb (EAV/SAV) input with CVBS output using the settings below and everything worked fine.

Recently I switched to 8-bit 625i YCrCb (EAV/SAV) input with CVBS output and took the settings below.

but I'm just getting a a black picture. I've checked the PAL output by using the colorbar testpattern on the ADV7393 and the output works fine. On the input side the digital signal looks exaktly as it should. I've also checked the digital picture and it looks like expected

 

Input Clock is 27 MHz, VSYNC is at 50 Hz, an HSYNC at 15.625 kHz. Which leads to 864 pixels horizontal and 625 pixels vertical

 

The SFL pin is floating, since I'm setting the subcarrier registers. I believe it shouldn't be neccessary to connect the SFL pin or should it be connected to ground?
