I soldered the AD9910 chip to a TQFP-100 to DIP-100 SMT Adapter (http://www.proto-advantage.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=2200161),but I just realized that the exposed pin should be soldered to ground. Is there anyway to fixed this without desoldering the DDS chip? For example, can the AGND and DGND of the DDS chip serve as ground? If there is no easy way to fixed it, what will be the consequence? Will the DDS chip completely malfunction or will the output wave deforms?
Also, if I want to test the DDS circuit on a breadboard, what is a good method to connect the pins the breadboard? Would an adapter with a central pad be sufficient, or should I try another method?
Thanks a lot.
