Where to store calibration data in a ADuC7126?

Hallo and a good afternoon to everyone.

I'am  building  a kind of signal-generator with a ADuC7126.

Now i want to store the user-selected Mode, Frequency, Waveform and Amplitude so that the

system can restore operating mode after power up.

[c]

unsigned long int Mode,Frequency,Waveform,Amplitude;

[/c]

Is it a good idea to store this in the internal Eeprom of the ADuC7126 or better use an external

24C02 Eeprom?

What is your recommandation?
