Is there something wrong with the OP162 spice model?

I'm simulating a 4 stage filter/amp circuit using the OP162 within Altium and Multisim. I'm getting very strange outputs compared to using other TI branded opamp. When I try to simply create a voltage follower using the OP162 with an input of 100uV sin wave, the output is offset by around +50uV. I get the same results using Altium and Multisim.

1. Can someone give me a hint as to why I'm getting this output offset?

2. Is the model correct?

3. Should I be looking for a different amp for this application?

My application is to filter (500-5,000Hz) and amplify (3000x) a small biological signal (100uV, 500 - 5,000 Hz bandwidth).
