I'm working on the design of video converter with your ADV7393. I ran into a unexpected problem. My current configuration is:
- ADV7393 video input: PAL/NTSC SD, 10-bit YCbCr + SAV/EAV (10-bit parallel ITU-R BT.656 with embedded TRS)
- ADV7393 timing mode: SD Slave / Mode 0 (ADV7393 is controlled by the SAV/EAV)
- Desired ADV7393 video output: RGB (necessarily without SYNC) + Composite SYNC – but this type of video output isn't supported...
I guess it's a strange question, but why the standard video output (RGB + CSYNC) isn't supported or I missed something? I fear that I will have to resolve merging the signal HSYNC and VSYNC which isn't entirely a trivial task; I hope that the problem can be solved with one tiny Microchip PIC12F1822 (HSYNC, VSYNC and VCLK inputs and CSYNC output).
