I am interested in the IMU ADIS16375, I would like to know the achievable precision of the accelerometer and the gyroscope, In particular I would like to know the standard deviation σ of the device.

(from statistics, I can reduce the standard deviation doing the average of more measures, for example n measures, and it will reduce by σ/rad(n). )

You are correct in that the fs/2 is not equal to the noise bandwidth, due to the noise roll-off. I did a quick simulation to compute this and it looks like the noise bandwidth is ~1.4 fs/2, so you may need to increase the decimation rate a little further to achieve your objective.
