I want to transfer differential signal from on board to another. Can I use ADC driver ADA4938 as a driver on one board and receiver on another board?

Can you tell me if I can use the ADA4938 to driver AFE5801 from TI? If I can, should I connect the output of the ADA4938 to the input of the AFE5801 directly, or I should follow the Figure 70. in ADA938 datasheet?
Im not familiar with the AFE5801 from TI for connection and circuit topologies its best to consult the AFE5801 datasheet and the ADA4938 datasheet.

I am trying to use ADA4938 as a differential driver for transferring signal from board to board (DC coupling through SMA cable). I am wondering what is the output impedance of ADA4938 when it's configured as a DC coupling differential driver? And how should I terminate the output of ADA4938 to drive signal through SMA cable (50 ohm)?
