please let me know ADE7753 is support to measure DC current and voltage input range ) to 20Volt/10Amp .also AC input range is 0 to 20 volt with 10Amp
let me know if posible to use shunt resistor with replace to Current transformer/rogowski coil for AC and DC.
We do have a reference design document that could be a good starting point. The document is for a different part though, but most of the general setup would hold true for this part as well.

DC measurements can be made but they are less accurate. To do that, you will have to disable the HPF. The voltage and current range basically are set by the attenuation network and the current sensor respectively. The signal level at the input of the ADE IC must not exceed + 0.5V( for a PGA gain of 1). So, say if you need 20 A max current to be measured, set your sensor such that 20 A would equal to 0.5 V at the input of the chip. The error till 1000:1 dynamic range( 1000 times lower current level than the full scale) is typically less than 0.1%.
As it is a single phase application, shunts can be used to sense current.
