I am bringing in a camera with a Bayer filter in it. We are going to convert it to RGB with each component being 12 bits wide. Is there a way to encode it so I get the full 36 bits using the ADV212 chip.
You can compress each component separately at 12-bits. That's normally how you get RGB with the ADV212. If you use the CPRL progression order, then combining the streams is pretty easy to do after the compression.
I moved this question to the Video community. Someone here should be able to assist you.
