I would like to know if Analog Devices has a "test-bed / Eval Board' that would allow the summation of two ADCs for improved Dynamic Range?
I'm not aware of any high speed ADC evaluation boards that demonstrate this technique, but it is used in some applications. Essentially you drive 2 ADCs with the same clock and analog input and average the results, should give you 3dB improvement in SNR. In practice you will need to compensate for for offset mismatch and pay careful attention to match the signal paths. In most instances it is easier to choose a single ADC that provides the performance you need.
