I'm using the ADV7125 to to run XGA 1024x768 video at 65MHz pixel clock.
The design is based on the data sheet and EVM HDMI2RGB.
The problem is that I keep getting green dots and blur all over the frame.
What am I doing wrong?
I found out that the ADV7125 receive the data with falling edge clock.
ill try to fixed it and advise on results.
Initially I'd guess that you are over driving the green channel somewhere. Make sure Rset is correct. You might try increasing Rset a bit and see if the image responds.
I would suggest that person tries:
And see where is the problem. I presume there is a poor connection, incorrect termination on VGA’s side,
or short on the pixel bus.
Changing the Rset only produced darker image.
It looks like moving from black to white color and vise versa makes these dots.
as for the digital bus, it's OK for it is connected also to DVI transmitter,
and the picture at the DVI port looks fine.
Termination is 75OHM resistor with std. VGA cable.
I'll try to run Multi-Burst image and post it to you (attached).
