AD5791 DAC: Is it possible to obtain same linearity performance after scaling the output using a resistive voltage divider

I was wondering if I can get the same linearity performance by using a resistive divider at the output, ie, say if I divide the -10 to +10V output to -0.5 to +0.5V using a divider with 1/20 division ratio, the INL values that i've been getting till now, ie about 0.75 LSB at 19 bit level (with LSB=20uV) , should remain the same isn't it even when the LSB is similarly scaled down due to the divider? Can we hope to achieve, say an INL = 0.75 LSB itself at 19 bit level with LSB=1uV, by using a resistive divider of the suitable voltage division ratio?
