ADF4002 device programming problem

Hi,

We are experiencing a problem with the SPI programming of ADF4002.

I’m using the CE pin method for device programming after initial power-up.

But the chip was not getting locked although we tried the procedure as mentioned in the datasheet (RevB, page 16 of 20). But if I give one more pulse at the CE pin, it is getting updated. That means after doing the procedure as mentioned in the datasheet, I need to take the CE pin low and then High for updation.

Timing of this pulse is also critical. In my application the reference clock will not be available to ADF4002 after it’s power up. That is why I’m using the CE pin method.
