I would need to know the communication protocol aducrf101 to use in creating an interface in LabWindows CVI
To communicate with the ADuCRF101 using the serial port of your laptop you can use this type of cable/adaptor: http://wwwp.analog.com/en/evaluation/eval-aduc-cable1z/eb.html.
It is based on an ADM3202 RS232 interface device and operates from 3V to 5V.
The ADuCRF101 operates from 2.2V to 3.6V, so you will need to provide supply between 3V and 3.6V to the ADuCRF101 miniboard.
What do you mean specifically - for what type of communication and what interface?
It is an interface for LabWindows CVI via USB connection, I think the comunication is 8 bits at a rate of 19200 bauds, i would need to know if: Is this so? and if so, what is the meaning of each of the 8 bits?
Currently the ADuCRF101 mini board is connected to a USB to UART adaptor to directly plug into a PC or laptop and provide supply and UART communication.
From the Labview software, you can communicate with the ADuCRF101 via the USB to UART adaptor.
But I can make a LabView GUI?, UART communication is easier than the USB comunicaion, how could you do? I would like to know more about it?
