ADV7441A - RGB IN(STANAG B - ANALOG) AND 30 BIT RGB OUT

Hi,

I am using ADV7441A chip for converting analog RGB in format of stanag 3550b, and out 30 bit digital RGB.

We are using CP section for this and here i am attaching the circuit of ADV7441A.   Out HS and VS are ok but LLC - clock level is not ok it is having 1 v offset then level clock is from 1V to 2V only, please tell us that it is ok or not, this digitizer is connecting to the graphics processor who process 24 bit RGB, so 2 bits (LSB) of each channel is discarding at output of ADV7441A side.

Here i am sending the configuration what i am using :-

Analog Input - stanag 3550, B format

Output we are using 28 bit digital RGB with HS, VS and LLC - Digitial RGB
