RMS jitter and Integration Range

I have some questions about the way to get the RMS jitter. In the datasheet there is a RMS Jitter specified with a integration range, (f.e 10KHz - 20 MHz). I think it's refered to the integration in frequency of the phase noise relative to the frequency syntethized.

If this range change, the RMS Jitter specification change too. If I have a system with a maximum RMS jitter of, for example, 100fs, ¿How do I know with integration range do I have to use for my calculations?

Thanks very much
