Please, suggest ADI’s MEMS to make design of moving tilt sensor with 0.5° precision (0…+40°C).
Does any MEMS are equal, and final precision is only a result of MCU program? individual calibration?
Does it possible to use any gyro, magnetic and accelerometers, to achieve precision,
or there is simple criteria to choose MEMS (according to target precision)?
It is possible to use only gyro and accelerometers?
