Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found.

    My board is bf518f-ezbrd,when used we found that three of the board is can't start,We store the u-boot,kernel,filesystem on the m25p128,it's sure that the m25p128 is OK,why "Kernel panic - not syncing: No init found.",is BF518 broken?the debug message is:
