AD7606-4 Vdrive

Hi! we decided to use AD7606-4 component in our project, and we are on the verification process now

By now, the AD7606-4 is not yet programmed and only supply voltage are active. I start to experience some trouble with voltage supply and current consumption to AD, hope you may provide me some hint ...

When only AVcc is supply and not Vdrive, Vdrive start to behave as output and drive 2.8V anyway. Is it a normal state or expected ?

Then, when Vdrive is supply first and then AVcc, the AD start to comsume high current ( 500mA) until the reference voltage appear ( 2sec or even 20sec or sometimes even doesn't show up).

However, when only AVcc is supply, the reference voltage (2.5V) comes almost instantanealy (like 30ms) and current consumption is much lower.

Is there any prefered order at the time to supply voltage to AD7606-4?

We are using Avcc=5V and Vdrive=3.3V.
