Hello,

I have a customer that is using the ADV7612 in an application that requires 1080p30 video formats with an SDR 8bit output Video port clocking the LLC @ 148.5Mhz.

The customer was originally planning on using DDR mode at 74.25, but there's a foot in the datasheet (screenshot attached) that states DDR mode can only go up up to 50MHz.

Can they still use 8bit, or will they have to hook up the 16 bit video output format?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mike
