AD595 Thermocouple Amplifer Input Overvoltage Protection

I wish to include input overvoltage protection for the AD595.

Does the AD595 incorporate input protection / ESD protection diodes or resistors?

What is the limit for input current for an over voltage condition?

Are there any Analog Devices tutorials / tech notes (similar MT-036 and MT-069) which discuss input overvoltage protection for the AD595.

I have also observed that the alarm output transistor is switched on if a common mode voltage of approx 12.5 V (within the max. spec for the part) is applied to the thermocouple inputs (AD595 supplies set to +/- 15V). Is this a known characteristic?
