ADV7611 I/O Voltage and Output Format

I have two items I would like to confirm:

  1. It appears that the HDMI inputs of the ADV7611 cannot accept 1.8V logic levels. If I'm interpreting the specification table correctly, the inputs require a minimum of 2V to denote a high signal. Is that correct, and is it the same for other signals such as CEC, DDCA_SCL, DDCA_SDA, and HPD? If so, can you recommend a level translator or another method of interfacing with a 1.8V-powered OMAP processor?
  2. There was a similar thread posted on EngineerZone, but I want to be sure the answer applies to this specific scenario as well. Can the ADV7611 be configured to drive an 18-bit RGB display directly, using 24-bit SDR 4:4:4 mode and ignoring the two LSBs of each color output?
