I'm looking to find s-parameters for this device(ADL5357).f RF~1020MHz, f LO~1320MHz.And i want to simulate this component.

Please see attached for the s2p file of ADL5357's IF differential ports. This is used to plot de-embedded IF Port Return Loss(R//C model) in the data sheet, and mostly demanded to serve mixer ouput filter implementation by users.
S-paramters in magnitude (dB) at RF and LO ports are shown in Figure 31 and 32 of data sheet. The data was not de-embedded for both RF and LO ports, since users rarely need to change the recommended facotry-recommended matching components. For your frequencies, RF return loss is about 25dB at 1020MHz, and LO return loss is about 14dB at 1320MHz.
Due to the limitation of test equipments, there is no s-parameters available for the mixer freqeuncy tranistion (assuming you're looking s21 of a mixer, referring port 1 as mixer RF input, port 2 as mixer IF output).
