USB Driver and BF52x Silicon Anomaly 05000460

I'm using the USB driver in a BF527 application. Looking at the driver source I see that on BF52x the driver uses dma mode 0 for receive (out transactions) and dma mode 1 for transmit (in transactions).

I'm worried about anomaly  05000460 ( USB DMA Mode 1 Failure When Multiple DMA Channels Are Concurrently Enabled). My application has two bulk mode IN endpoints which are active simultaneously. Does the driver have an explicit workaround for this anomaly? Is this why its using dma mode 0 for the receive endpoints?
