Can i make interface with ADC ( AD7864 ) using Microprocessor have I/O ports with logic voltage levels equal to 3.3 volt??

For the AD7864, the specifications for the logic inputs are VinL = 0.8V max and VinH = 2.4V min.
As long as your micro outputs can meet this requirement there is no problem.
A typical 3.3V micro system would be specified at VoL = 0.2xVdd & VoH = 0.8Vdd.
If Vdd = 3.3V then VoL = 0.66V & VoH = 2.64V.
What Microprocessor are you planning to use?
Yes. There is a separate power supply pin for i/o interfacing called Vdrive on pin 36 that should be connected to 3.3V. However, you will also need to supply the AD7864 with 5V for the rest of the system. There are some examples of micro interfacing on page 24 of the data sheet.
the vdrive for output signal only ( DB0 to DB11), BUSY, EOC, and FRSTDATA signals) but what about input control signal??? ( SL1 to SL4 , WR, RD, CS ...... ) this signal can be controlled by microprocessor with 3.3 volt???
