I want to digitizing 70MHz IF, 3MHz Bandwidth to covert 18bit SPI data, will AD9874 solve the purpose, if not please suggest any another chip or combination of chips in low power budget basically for handheld application.
The AD9972 is a highly integrated dual-channel CCD signal processor for high speed digital video camera applications. Is that the type of application you had in mind? I agree that my comments yesterday did not give you a complete solution, but you will need to give us more detailed information about the application to help you further choose an ADC. Perhaps that would be better done offline, I will send you a personal email to start that discussion.
The AD9874 only supports up to 270KHz bandwidth. With 3MHz of bandwidth, you could use a device like the AD9266, which is only 66mW in 20Msps applications. Take a look at this product and let me know if you have any questions.
ok thanx for suggestion,
but this is not complete answer..
actually i wanted to down convert analog output and then wanted to feed
ADC. so Ad9972 was serving both purpose.
