application solution for AD8362 in single-ended input drive

For operating in single-ended input drive, we are using it without balun transformer, We are using pi attenuation pad of 50 ohm impedance before the input. Our operating frequency range 2 MHz to 2 GHz.

 

According to Fig.8 of AD8362 datasheet Rev.D, we are trying to provide input power level between -10 to -15 dBm but sometimes output is getting saturated.

 

Please tell us what should be the best operating output voltage to measure power from 30 to 44 dBm in one case and 30 to 54 dBm in another case.

 

Now please refer to Fig.67 of the same document, we have followed almost same design except that balun transformer( using 50 ohm pi attenuation pad instead of it).

 

Making R16 100 ohm.

 

But still we are not getting our desired stable output voltage, so please help us to solve this problem and please provide if possible yours voltage to dBm conversion formula.
